Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services offered through HostingKart, a brand owned and operated by Kart Digital.

Web Hosting Services

Eligible hosting plans may be covered by a money-back guarantee if explicitly stated on the respective product page.

Where no money-back guarantee is advertised, hosting fees are non-refundable once the hosting account has been activated.

Domain Registration

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and redemption services are non-refundable once processed, as these services are fulfilled through third-party registrars.

SSL Certificates and Third-Party Services

Payments for SSL certificates, premium software, licenses, and other third-party products or services are non-refundable once ordered, issued, or activated.

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel hosting services at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not automatically entitle the client to a refund unless specifically covered by an applicable refund policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method, after deducting any applicable payment gateway or administrative charges where permitted.
